Order Placement & Payment Method

How can I place my order online? online;
Select a category (Shoes, Clothes, Accessories, Collections, Brands, Sale) and by using the search filters on the left side of the menu you are able to find the product you want. If you already know the product code just enter it the search bar and click the search button.

  1. By clicking on the product you are interested in you are being directed to its page where you will find all the necessary information you need in order to adjust it as you want (photos, detailed description, size guide, code and price). For any further questions about the product please contact the customer service department of our company.
  2. After you choose your size and colour click the ADD TO CART. If you want to continue shopping, repeat the process. If you want to complete your order, proceed safely to the next step either as a visitor or as a member.
  3. In Step 1 choose the your pickup process and fill in your details.
  4. In Step 2 choose one of the available payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Account Deposit.
  5. Click the button “COMPLETE NOW!” to place your order. You will soon receive a confirmation email with the details and number of your order. Its’ time to sit back and relax as your favourite products will be on their way. We assure you that we will keep you informed about the progress of your order!

Can I place a telephone order?
Of course! The steps are easy & fast:

  1. Contact the customer service department at 22 542222 (for faster service keep noted the code of the product you would like to order), Monday-Friday 09:00-21: 00 and Saturday 09: 00-20: 00, except bank holidays.
  2. You will be asked for your name, delivery postal address, a contact telephone number, preferably mobile, and the payment method. You may choose between cash on delivery or bank deposit (informing us of the bank that you prefer Piraeus, National, Eurobank and AlphaBank). You can also pay at a Sneaker10 store or one of the 40+ ACS stores.
  3. You will be informed about the progress of your order via SMS.

How can I place an order via Facebook/ Instagram/ email/ contact forms;
The process is very simple and fast, just follow the steps below:

  1. Message, email us or fill in the contact form stating that you wish to place an order with the following information:
    - product code, colour and size
    - name
    - full shipping postal address
    -contact telephone, preferably mobile
    - payment method choosing between cash on delivery or bank deposit (notifying us of the bank that serves you better than our partners Piraeus, Ethniki, Eurobank and AlphaBank) or pay at a Sneaker10 store Sneaker10 or one of the 40+ ACS stores.
  2. We will call you or respond to your message / email in order to confirm the order.
  3. We will keep you updated about the progress of your order via SMS.

Can I remove / cancel a product of my order?
Yes! You can remove the products you do not want from the shopping cart, provided that you have not completed the order. If you have already completed it, then contact our customer service department immediately.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order by sending us an email / message via Facebook / Instagram / contact form with the order code and the cancellation request or by contacting the customer service department of our company.

How can I be reassured that my purchase is correct?
After placing your online order you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, and after checking you inbox junk / spam or for gmail owners possibly to the tab of promotions), contact our customer service department of our company.

What payment methods does Sneaker10.cy have?
We have multiple payment methods. Choose the one that suits you best:

  • Cash on Delivery: Payment is made upon delivery of the order to the ACS distributor or to one of the 40+ ACS stores.
    Note: payment to the distributor can be made either in cash or by credit / debit card.

  • PayPalAfter you order confirmation you will be automatically logged in to your PayPal account to complete the process.

  • Credit / Debit Card: You will be asked to fill in the details of your credit / debit Visa / Mastercard card. You will return to our site in order to complete the registration of your order.

  • Payment by Card and Telephone Order (Payment Links by Cardlink): Now for orders via phone / e-mail / chat you can complete them safely, with just one click through the Cardlink service! You will receive a special link, which automatically takes you to the Cardlink payment environment, where you will fill in your details in in order to complete the transaction.

For orders via telephone /
email/ Facebook/ Instagram/ contact form, the only payment methods are cash on delivery & bank deposit or payment at a Sneaker10 or at one of the nearest 40+ ACS Courier Stores.

Can I request an invoice instead of a receipt?;
Yes, by selecting an invoice in Step 1 upon Purchase Completion.

Why was my credit / debit card not accepted?
If your bank declined the transaction, one of the following may have happened:

  1. The card may have expired. Check that the corresponding expiration date of your card.
  2. You have gone over the credit / daily transaction limit of the card.
  3. You have entered an incorrect digit. You have not filled in all the required fields correctly.
  4. Poor internet connection during bank checkout.

Contact your bank and / or try another card / choose another payment method.

Is it safe to use my credit / debit card on your website?
Yes, the data is transferred in SSL encrypted format. Only Ces (Secure E-Commerce) transactions are accepted for payment with Visa and Mastercard. The system will contact the bank that issued the card for the buyer to approve the payment. When the data identification process is completed, the charge on the card will be processed. Otherwise the order will be canceled.
