Product Returns

I received a gift and I would like to return it, what should I do?
Visit your nearest Sneaker10 store with your exchange card. If we don’t have a store nearby you yet, contact our customer service department.


Note: The returning products must be in their original condition.
Underwear, textile masks and socks can not be returned for hygiene reasons.

If I am not able to visit a store, how can I complete me return?
Free Returns are made in two ways:

1. If you want the courier to pick up your return pack from your preference point, fill in the form online and then our courier partner will contact you.

2. If you want to visit the ACS store in your area, fill in the return form that you received with your order.

How do I send back the products back to you?

Free Returns can be made exclusively through the ACS Courier network in the following ways:

1. For the courier to receive the parcel you want to return, fill in the online form. It’s simple and will only take a few minutes.

2. Visit one of your nearest 40+ ACS Courier stores and complete your return with our charge cost at the following address: Sneaker10.cy, Street → Smyrnis 10 PC 2550 Idali Industrial Zone, Dali Nicosia Phone: 22 542222.

In case of shipment with another courier company, the costs are borne by the sender.


Can I only return part of my order?
Of course, it is enough:

1. On this particular form, choose which products you want to return.

2. In the product return form you received with your parcel, fill in the products you would wish to return.

Is there a time limit to return a product?
All product returns are accepted within 60 days from the date stated on the purchase document.



How can I choose another product?

• If you have a Sneaker10 store nearby you, all you have to do is pay a visit along with the purchase receipt.
• Alternatively, you can either fill in the "return voucher" option for the product you want to return, either online or in the printed return form. In case you have filled in the e-form, the courier will come to you and pick it up the exchange parcel.  If you want to visit your nearest ACS courier store, charge the fee on us before you send it to the address: Sneaker10.cy, Street → Smyrnis 10 PC 2550 Idali Industrial Zone, Dali Nicosia, Telephone: 22 542222.

Once we receive your parcel and your return is approved, you will receive via email and / or sms the return voucher which you will be able to redeem on your next order.



How do I redeem the return voucher?
You can easily register your return voucher / discount coupon by following these steps:

Step 1. Log into your account on our sneaker10.cy If you don’t have an account already make sure you use the same email as the one used in the order..

Step 2. Fill in the section "Do you have a return or discount coupon?". It is in the last step of the order, enter your password and click the "Redeem" button!

Step 3. Complete your order!


Conditions for successful redemption of the coupon are:

• The value of the new products is equal to or greater than the value of your coupon.
• In case the credit coupon is redeemed by a friend / relative (gift return) the holder must inform via email with the details of the new holder.
• In case a discount coupon is provided by a store of our network, where you have returned the product, it is a condition if it is not an online order the e-mail to be given over the counter and exclusively to its holder.

In case of shipment with another courier company, the cost is charged to the sender.



Can I exchange size?

• Visit your nearest Sneaker10 store with the product you want to exchange and the purchase receipt.

• Alternatively, you can choose one of the following ways:

1. In order for us to receive the item, select "other size" in the online product return form and then the choose your new size. When finished pack the item the same way you received it for the courier to pick It up. You will be informed via email / sms about the journey the product return.

2. Visit you nearest ACS Courier to complete the exchange. Fill in the “another size” box and continue by choosing the right size. Pack the item in the same way as you received it  accompanied by the return. The cost of charge will be on us, address it to: Sneaker10.cy, Street→ Smyrnis 10 PC 2550 Idaliou Industrial Zone, D Nicosia, Telephone: 22 542222. We will register your order for the new size as soon as we receive your parcel and your return is approved, while in case the size you requested will no longer be available, our team will contact you and suggest alternatives.

In case of shipment with another courier company, the costs fee is charged to the sender.


How do I receive the return voucher?
The return voucher is a code that you will receive via e-mail and / or sms as soon as we receive the returned and approve your request.

  • If an online order has been placed, then you will receive it via e-mail and / or sms.
  • If the order was made via phone call then the return voucher will be received via sms you registered during the your order.


How can I use the return voucher?

• In the last step of the online order, enter your coupon voucher  in the special article and then click "redemption".
• If the order was made via phone / via Facebook / Instagram / email / contact form then inform one of our representative about the return voucher you have received.



I had asked for a return voucher and as soon as I received it, I changed my mind and I want a refund. What should I do?
 Contact our customer service department customer service department in order to cancel your voucher and proceed with the refund process.

The refund depends on the method of payment:

  • If you have paid by cash on delivery or through a bank then the money is returned by deposit in the bank account that you will indicate to us.
  • If you have paid by credit / debit card or PayPal then the money will be refunded accordingly.



Will I be charged for shipping costs on the new order I make using the return voucher?
The new order will be registered with free shipping cost. You will be informed after the redemption of the return coupon is successful.


Does the return voucher have an expiration date?
No! You can use it whenever you want.


Can I request a refund instead of a coupon?
Yes! Just fill in the corresponding option on the product return form.

  • If you have paid by cash on delivery, fill in your bank account details in the ideal article in the product return form.



How will my money be refunded?
The refund depends on the method of payment:

  • If you have paid by cash on delivery or through the bank then the money is returned by deposit in the bank account that you will return to us.
  • If you have paid by credit / debit card or PayPal then the money will be refunded accordingly.



When will my money be refunded?
We are trying our best in order to complete your refund request as faster as possible from our side. It will  be completed within 2 working days from the moment we receive your parcel. In any case, we will inform you by sms as soon as the process is completed by us.
We highlight that the appearance of the amount on the credit / debit card always depends on the issuing bank and usually it takes 2-4 working days from receiving the sms to complete the actions on our part.

I lost my product return form, what can I do?
You have the opportunity to fill in the electronic return form easily and quickly with one click here in case the cooperating courier ACS serves you to receive the parcel from your place.

Alternatively, if you want to deliver the returned parcel to the ACS store in your area, call us at 22 542222.


Sneaker10.cy reserves the right to reject refunds sent or notified after the return deadline or returns of items not in the same condition as when they were shipped from our premises or product returns without the completed product return form as well as item returns (fabric face masks, underwear & socks) that for hygiene reasons can not be returned to our warehouse.
